# Condor K9 Policies ## Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Condor K9, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to every client. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may be moved to another available date at no additional charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full session fee. Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable. If Condor K9 must cancel or reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, your appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost. ## Training Policy Our goal is to provide professional, effective training that strengthens the relationship between dogs and their owners. Every dog learns at a different pace, and results depend on factors such as age, temperament, health, consistency, and owner participation. Training success requires continued practice between sessions. While we use proven training methods tailored to each dog, no trainer can guarantee specific behavioral outcomes. ## Vaccination & Health Requirements To maintain a safe environment for all dogs and handlers, dogs must be current on age-appropriate vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses, parasites, fleas, and ticks before attending training. If a dog appears ill or is exhibiting symptoms of a contagious condition, Condor K9 reserves the right to postpone the appointment until the dog has been medically cleared. ## Aggressive Dog Policy Condor K9 works with a variety of behavioral challenges; however, clients must disclose any history of aggression, bite incidents, or serious behavioral concerns before training begins. Safety is our highest priority. Condor K9 reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a dog's behavior presents an unreasonable safety risk to staff, clients, or other animals. ## Payment & Refund Policy Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Training packages must be paid in full before the first scheduled session. Completed training sessions are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for services already rendered. Any credits or exceptions are granted solely at the discretion of Condor K9. ## Liability Policy Dog training involves inherent risks.
